All of our packages include a set amount of photos for each specific package. Clients do not receive very single photo taken, the photographer will decided which photos are most presentable and do basic editing to the photos. Once the photos are ready for the client they will receive an email with instructions on how to "Favorite" they're photos (specific amount depending on the package you choose) once your photos are chosen you will be able to download the images in high resolution and without a watermark.
If clients decide that they want more than the allotted amount of photos for the session they chose, they will have the option to purchase the remaining images at a set price per photo. Regular sessions and Full Sessions are available for the following types of sessions - Family, Engagement, Maternity, Children, Headshots, Real Estate, and other basic sessions not including events, weddings, and newborn as these sessions have they're own pricing.
All locations for sessions are to be discussed between the client and photographer. The location is to be chosen at the time of booking, or minimum of 14 days prior to the session date and time.

Keep in mind that you can have me or any of my 25 photographers cover your session or event. Everyone is professionally trained.
WE ARE ALL AVAILABLE FOR DESTINATION SESSIONS. PLEASE INQUIRE VIA EMAIL.
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos emailed to you within 10-14 days (sometimes less depending on the time of year).
Weddings, Events, or ceremonies over 3 hours can take longer about 4 weeks to 8 weeks depending on the length of your session.
Videos are a minimum of 4 - 8 weeks turn around time.
If images are needed within 24 hours please tell us and there is a fee depending on your session length.
If your session is less than 30 days from the session date, yes full payment is due.
Also if there is a sale for a certain occasion or holiday sale prices and/or packages are due at the time of booking in full.
No payment made is refundable. Only if we are unable to fulfill a job then you will be refunded. Otherwise packages, or wedding packages can be transferred to another person or wedding couple.
You will receive a personalized online gallery with all the images from your session or event.
You will have 48 hours to choose your favorite images ( set amount is depending on the length of of event typically 50 edited images per hour)
once you choose your favorites you will have to let me know when you choose them so I can release the edited images for you to download.
Once you get the final link to download the final images the link will stay active for 48 hours to download them. After that time frame once the link expires there will be a $150 charge to reactivate the link.
All photos will be stored in the cloud for 6 months if you need them after that the photographer is not responsible too keep or store the photos. If the photographer does have the raw images there will be a fee to reedit the images depending on the amount and at the photographers discretion.
